Can I return my prints/frames?
Unfortunately, due to the custom-made specifications of each product, prints can only be returned for refund if arriving damaged or defected. If a print is damaged, or the order is in some way defective, you will receive a replacement print free of charge (at no added delivery costs). Alternatively, if you request a refund instead, we will honour this. Once the print has been received and inspected, confirmation will be sent your way accordingly.
